Kota Kinabalu (24 February 2026) – A burst of colour lit up the Luyang skyline on Sunday evening as KTI Group ushered in the Chinese New Year with a festive fireworks display at The Logg, marking a visible step forward in the development’s progress as it continues to take shape within the Luyang township.
The display was launched from the rooftop of Astoria, one of the signature residential towers within the upcoming mixed-use development, drawing attention to the project as it moves steadily towards its anticipated completion in 2026. Selected built-in fittings by Signature Kitchen will be incorporated exclusively for Astoria units upon completion.
Envisioned as an integrated lifestyle development, The Logg will bring together residential, commercial and community-oriented spaces aimed at enhancing everyday convenience and connectivity within the Luyang vicinity.
A KTI Group representative said the celebration formed part of the Group’s ongoing efforts to engage with the surrounding community while creating awareness of what the development is set to offer in the coming years.
